Just a few days after her parents' last baby shower, Brooke Elizabeth Backer entered the world on January 14th. Clocking in at 6lbs 14oz and 19 inches, she is a precious bundle of a girl. Just shy of 24 hours old, I came to meet her at the hospital and do her 1st photoshoot. When asked to describe my style of photography, I would say that I'm a lifestyle photographer because I live for capturing the "in between" and natural moments of life. Getting to take these photos at the hospital is exactly what I love about being that type of photographer. No props or gimmicks. Just two new parents falling in love with their new baby.
