What happens when a Shutterbug meets a Tater-bug?
Last Sunday I had my 1st paying gig with a delightful 1 year old - Tate! I've known his mom, Meredith, since I was a freshman in college. She was roommates with my dear friend Becky in college. I was thrilled when Meredith asked me to do a family photo shoot for Tate's 1st birthday. Kudos to Mom Meredith & Dad Kenny for keeping Tate smiling the whole way through. SNOWMAGEDDON 2011
In case you were under a rock or in a coma last week, Chicago got about 2 feet of snow in an epic Blizzard on February 2nd. Poor Brad had to do all the plowing and shoveling because I was too busy documenting history. Ironically enough, the Groundhog saw his shadow and predicted an early Spring this same day.

5 & FAB
Vincent Vedra stole my heart 5 years ago when I held him for the first time when he was just 3 weeks old. Back then Anita & I affectionately called him Vince the Prince. Over the years, his sweet nature and hilarious and surprising maturity has continued to win me over and make me wish for a little boy just like him one day. This past Sunday I made the trip down to Central IL to celebrate his 5th birthday and left with a smile and sore abs from laughing at his one-liners from the day.
